3d virtual tour
Why You Should have a 3D Tour for your listing?
In today’s real estate market with sophisticated buyers and sellers, it is highly recommended to add a virtual tour to your listing. You want to present your listing in a way that leaves a memorable impression and stand out from other agents by delivering a superior experience. Having worked with many agents over the past few years, we have realized that having a 3D Virtual Tour along with professional photos significantly enhances an agent’s marketing efforts and sellers on the other hand, appreciate this efforts. It also saves them time when potential buyers can look at the house without ever setting foot inside. There are also various statistical data available on the benefits of using a 3D tours, that show increased buyer engagement with a listing that has a 3D tour versus a listing that does not. Because of that, we have decided to include a Matterport 3D Scan at a very low cost with all of our packages below.
How it works
With a virtual tour, a special camera scans the space and the images are later processed to create the view. You have the ability to see a panoramic view in 360 degrees; all around, at all angles. It’s a lifelike representation of the space. It allows you to walkthrough the house, from room to room, on your phone or from a computer and at the same time have the ability to control the tour. With Matterport you get to see the overall layout through floor plans, or you can view the property in a dollhouse mode. When you use a 3D tour along with professional photos to market a property,
Matterport
- We create the images on a special Matterport Camera.
- A 3D Dollhouse View and floor plans are generated for every tour.
- 2D Schematic floor plan with dimensions can be ordered for $25.
- Tours can be viewed via link or embedded for viewing
- Matterport has a blur feature to blur out objects.
Zillow 3D Home
Think of a Zillow 3D Home as a simplified version of Matterport. Unlike a Matterrport scan where we use a special Matterrport camera, in a Zillow 3D scan, Images are shot on a smaller 360 camera and fewer scans are required. A Zillow 3D Home scan does not create a dollhouse view and floor plans cannot be ordered either. One advantage though, is that these Zillow 3D Home tours are given priority visibility on the Zillow mobile app and website.
